Uninformed activation of 3 hungama services and charges imposed in Landline/BB billing

Sir! I have BSNL LL/BB connection no.0751-2363195,account no.1002689043 at Gwalior.I found unauthorized charges totalling Rs 533.87 for the period Nov,Dec 2015 & Jan 2016 in the bill dt 03.02.2016 for "HGOD,HMOD,HMVOD SERVICES".For these so- called services,I was neither asked for consent nor was informed post- activation.This was rather noticed by me from the charges imposed in the latest bi- monthly bill recd on 16th.On asking them,BSNL call DT 18th from no.+912241856400 informed having deactivated the service.However,nothing was informed reg correction/adjustment/refund of the said charges.KINDLY NOTE,THIS UNINFORMED SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN USED AT ALL BY ME.HENCE,CHARGES ARE ALSO LIABLE TO BE WAIVED.I AM NOT AT ALL LIABLE TO PAY IT.I REQUEST TO WAIVE THESE STATED CHARGES RS 533.87 AND THOSE SUBSEQUENTLY ACCRUED UPTO DATE OF DEACTIVATION ALSO SO THAT THE BROKEN PERIOD IS NOT CHARGED IN FUTURE BILLING.Further,as due date is 25.02.2016,the amended/reduced bill be also put on the website of BSNL as I have been making online payment.This may kindly be done on urgent basis in view of the stated circumstances as well as the imminent due date.Also,please guide me reg payment of the bill in case the needful is delayed at your level  beyond due date .Thanks.

    Sir! As other consumers may have faced such complaint reg wrongful activation/charging etc of hungama.com services,you may like to take suitable steps so as to avoid its recurrence.

    Sir! I am receiving daily SMSs from bsnl for payment by due date 25th.But nothing done to correct the bill.On top of it,after my posting the complaint yesterday is 23 rd, today's SMS threatens to bar outgoing calls if not paid.But no mention about brodband, as also whether proportionate billing would be done post- barring of OG calls.And finally,what this attitude means and what it means to convey?Is it expected from a PSU wrt an old regular paying customer?Is it the action taken on my submissions?

    Not resolved.on 24th Feb,reduced/correct amt Rs 1950 instead of disputed Rs 2484 was displayed.I paid it.Shocking to get bsnl SMS demanding Rs 534 as balance of service(activated without asking/informing which also remained unused.waive charges.
