return my money + block my debit card details

you are taken £4.99 on 12th april 2016 and another £4.99 today without my permission. on behalf of free google life 360.
I made a complaint immedietely after the 12th april 2016. no reply yet. also i am not using this programme in my mobile.
please pay back my amount of £9.98 at your earliest.
i am sure i have given my bank details as an identity basis when you contact me. but never talked about the fee./hidden charge.
expecting a refund at your earliest.
otherwise i will inform to my bank for recover the above amount.
i can wait 2 days from today for your reply.
