Scam/Fraud

I received a voice mail from Peter at 1-323-647-5563 from Premium Techie Support; then an email saying they were going to hit my credit card for 299.99 on February 19, 2019.  I called back and said you are not authorized to hit the card or even keep the number on file.  Then he went on stating that if I want a refund he transfer me to his supervisor that can Refund Fund My Money, Kevin out of Sanford, Fl 1-321-420-5323.  Kevin than stated he would wire me the refund and came to be too much and I had to paid the overage back.  I did but the company took my money from my account still and put me in a binder with the little retirement pay I received; plus put me in-depth.   Lesson learn because now they have sent a message saying Premium Support with a different telephone number.
