I got a call stating. Hr.block messed up and I owe irs. I said ok. I paid 5,000 and got a letter saying it's paid.? Then he proceeded to say your going to jail for 8 months for fraud and you owe 54,000. He then Said I will talk to my team and after this we will have no contact.

    You've been scammed. IRS never calls!
    You would have gotten a letter first on any tax problem...
