Deactivation of hungama

The hungama service is activated without my concern and I want that deactivated immediately because I getting charges every month.   I have complained about this to you a lot of times, but no response.  So please kindly cooperate otherwise I will be in a position to discontinue the service of bsnl network which I am using these days.  Also, I want the refundable amount which  I payed for that service.  Please reply me to this email  bsnlaotrue@gmail.com.
