Telemarketer calling from overseas

This number has been calling me for a month. I ignored the calls first, when I finally answered an automated voice offered an extended warranty for my car. The call comes from UK (+44) so it's quite suspicious. They knew my name and obviously my phone number. I am not sure if a complaint to FTC will make any difference since the caller is not in USA.

    I got a call from this number also.  Looked this up and found this note.  I think I will report them to the do not disturb folks .. the use of cell phone numbers and overseas numbers is becoming usual and customary ... it sickens me that America tolerates such behavior from these groups like this .. we should be able to SHUT THIS DOWN
