I've had several calls from these people and when I press 1 to talk to someone they hang up. These people need to be fined to the maximum allowable by federal laws permit. This is a clear case of telmarketing and needs to be stopped NOW !!

These people are idiots. First, my debt with them was discharged in bankruptcy. Second, I have not used them in years. Now, they are telling me I owe them over 400.00 and sent it to a collection agency.

If they want a fight, they are about to get one they will not enjoy.

Actually, I think Incorp is a great company. They have the best deals and services. If Incorp is billing you, it's because you owe some past due invoices for services that were rendered. People must remember that a registered agent will continue to bill for services as long as their information is listed on public record on behalf of a existing entity that was never dissolved.

I have done business with Incorp for years, and they've always taken care of me fine. Of course there were times that I missed a bill or didn't cancel service correctly which caused me to pay some fees, but I understood and respected their policies and continue forward. I have nothing but great things to say about Incorp.

You are obviously Incorp's owner or other employee.  Incorp's billing policies and practices are like no other registered or resident agents that I've ever dealt with for my clients.  I would like to know what percentage of your (Incorps) revenue is derived from penalties, late fees and charges to customers who simply want to switch agents, versus actual agent service fees.  With such dissatisfied customer turnover its no wonder you've found a way to make up the lost revenue with these types of fees, since you can't generate it with genuine customer satisfaction.  Show me any other registered agent service provider that charges a hundred dollars for the privilege of letting a customer cancel service and switch to a competitor.

To Educateurself perhaps you need to follow your moniker. If you are on a site where the complaints far outweigh your solo kudos you should probably call yourself "uneducated." This company has a C+ rating with BBB.org http://www.vegasbbb.org/rptrel.asp?bbbid=59882. It is an uneducated guess to assume that this company would only be billing you if you owe them unless you work for the company and are trying to justify their actions. To educate you, that's what scam artists do. Create pseudo reasons to obtain compensation for services not rendered or rendered unsatisfactorily. They are a scam and do not provide the services they advertise and have a "no refund" policy to hide behind as if there is no circumstance that would warrant a refund because you have their well known address.

Hmmm. You must remember that if you cancel service with them and no longer use them as registered agent they have no right to continue charging. The internet is full of outdated information and if they are never listed they are definitely no grounds to be pursuing people because they do not wish to use them. The lingo that you are using sounds more to me like someone who works for them as opposed to a customer. Who defends a company amongst numerous complaints for a company not your own? You are one member singing off key in a large choir. You are standing out and your notes are unpleasant as well as uneducated. This company is foul!!! Bottom line and one person is not going to change that.

Do not give them a credit card.  A year and a half after liquidating the corporation, paying in full and canceling their services, they were sending invoices.  Without authorization, they just hit a personal credit card they had on file for "services" after the corporation liquidated.

I am having the same issues with this company...we have canceled our service and they keep charging our credit card. I am disputing the charge with Amex and I am sure they will reverse the charges, but I would never do business with this company. There are other legitimate businesses that strive to provide a good service and they earn their money the right way, not like these crooks..

InCorp Services, Inc. P.O. Box 94438, Las Vegas, NV 89193-4438 InCorp Services, Inc. (hereinafter "Incorp") was advised that our company was sold and to cancel our registered agent services and to transfer services to the new owner. Incorp blatantly ignored our cancellation/transfer requests and has since continually defamed, harassed and threatened us with collections. Incorp, in addition, pierced corporate veil and has personally threatened me with collections, in addition to the corporation. Luckily, we have excellent legal counsel who is an expert in this field, so Incorp can expect a lawsuit very soon if their harassment continues. Please contact the FTC https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov and/or the Attorney General's Office if you have a similar situation. Please do not construe this as legal advice - it is highly recommended you seek legal representation from an attorney. FDCPA attorneys typically take these cases on contingency (no upfront cost).

    CreditCardCharges-Dispute
If you received UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGES - contact your credit card company or bank right away to dispute charges and to put a "stop payment" on possible future charges. This is not legal advice. Good luck.
