Customer service, lies, misinformation

This has been the worst expierence. I will never do business with them again. They were very misleading in their information and lied a few times. I paid for their package deal of $299, for 2 trips, 1 being Tampa's Busch Gardens. I asked 100 questions, to later, after paying, that the hotel incl, is in Orlando and not Tampa! Why would I stay an hour away from the park? Ridiculous. When i asked about the Orlando trip and tickets to a waterpark, thats what they said and what my paperwirk said, "tickets to A waterpark. To later find out, it was tickets to Wet and Wild. I didnt want to go there. My family wasn't going there. When the agent explained the all inclusive trip to mexico, I was told, "up to 4 people" to then find out, after they had my money, it was  for 2 adults and 2 children! I wanted to go with 2 friends! The timeshare crap, i had to sit through, was 3 hrs long, NOT, the 90mins, i was told!
This company is terrible and very misleading! Do not do business with them.
Now, i am trying to talk to one of their agents, so i can try and book my 2nd trip, but no one answers the phone! Dont want to book with them, but have to cause they have my money and i can't afford, to just throw it away! Biggest mistake!!
