Very bad net serives in 4g modem of mobily

Dear sir i m using mobily serives from 2 years and it was very nice and they have a really good packages and network support but in unfortunatlly i didnt deserve the bad internet services from mobily . Right now my router is front of me and evey five mins the signals are went & and evey 5 min i m refreshing my router my router totly done from on / off so please if u dnt want tonprovide a not good serives thats fine i will leave this network very soon my demand its not for good services but for better services
