KFC Freid Chicken

Greatings, I am Samkelo one of the KFC customers, I was with my girlfreind today, we thought just to have four pieces of fried chicken and two krushers at KFC clairwood and whilst we were enjoying our meal, I found tht the chicken drum stick wasn't cooked well and had some of the chicken blood inside, I went to the lady and hiden the meat for other customers to not see what was happening and the cashier didn't get angry but she talked to his or her colligues and returned to me to ask what do I want for an exchange and I sad another one would be good and without any complain she help me, and yes I was on my happy mood again with my girlfreind.
