We just got the same letter as many others have complained out being a scam.  I told the lady at A.C.A. Recovery, Inc. that I did a little research & found many complaints against them and that they are being accused of scamming people and they said well, we have an attorney and I said so do we.  Then, she hung up on me.  This "company" needs to be investigated.  They can't show any proof, and are just wanting to have people pay up for fake bills.

    Okay guys, I was sent to this company to do data entry work, which sadly out of desperation I took (at $9 lousy bucks an hour, for a complete lunatic of a manager who scares the hell out of her employees).

    I will tell you of my experiences working at ACA Recovery (which is at 395 W Passaic Street, Rochelle Park NJ -- 3rd Floor if anybody would like to drop in for a chat)

    I have known from the first day, but as I need the work I must do data entry for them until I find another job (dont worry I am looking hard). They are part of an even larger scam -- as an unscrupulous collection agency that caters to bootleg, predatory online lenders and "advertisers",

    Call their bluff.  In fact, call all their bluffs.
