Over $400  all on the same day in august 2016.....$15.36...28 times. I cannot understand how a foreign company can get their hands on my charge card number. Credit card companies has to develop a way to keep this from happening. I am a 70 year old disabeled woman that lives in the us......Why would i want to order tv cable service from a company in nigeria. Especially 28 times in one day. I know sometimes i forget why i walked into a room, but i would never do anything that stupid....

    Contact your bank..

Immediately contact your bank to report the fraudulent charge, and have them block your card number to prevent further fraud and theft, since your number is clearly in the hands of thieves.  Your bank should be able to quickly reverse the charge and send you a new card.

This sort of charge is a red flag.. replies to Contact your bank..
Fraud monitoring algorithms typically track your normal card usage, where it's used POS (point of sale) or online, and that your charges are generally in the US and local (if you're not a world traveler).  Your bank's (or VISA or MasterCard's) fraud monitoring systems should have caught this and contacted you to verify.
