Just received the same letter with the 'Authentic Gift Delivery Notification'.  What got me was that they included an LED CodeKase that has my six digit 'winning' number that also happened to match with what was on the scratch off.  Basically if the two numbers match i am one of the grand prize winners.   However, i just read the small print, "This offer is being made for the purpose of soliciting the purchase of a vacation ownership interest."  Odds of winning  1:74500.    This is from King's Creek Plantation, L.L.C.

So obvious this Socal Theme Park Adventure is a scam! Received the Same letter as all of the complaints above except mine was a 3 night vacay for 4 to Disneyland! With a $100 dining credit! Attempts to contact me was unsuccessful must call within 7 days of letter to claim prize etc etc. Too good to be true. How do we put a stop to these annoying scams?

Just got the same thing.  Momma used to say that if it is too good to be true it usually is.

I got exactly the same 3-night stay in California for family of 4 from 'John Tanner' the Gift Coordinator. Must call within 7 days or forfeit prize, as all previous attempts of contact had failed. A quick check led us to this sight and just confirms our initial thoughts! If it sounds too good to be true, it often is🤔 lol.

Received a letter stating that I've been selected to receive a complimentary Orlando vacation with complimentary 7" quad core android tablet and camera. Google John Tanner brought me to this site. Big scam.

Received the same letter with the letter head SoCal Theme Park Adventures no address offering tickets to my choice of Sea World, Disneyland or Universal Studios. They have attempted to reach my unsuccessfully sign John Tanner, Gift Coordinator.I live in So. Cal, which is probably the reason I got that particular 'prize'. Typically, these types of 'free prizes' are to lure you into some kind of buying or investment scheme. As others have said 'If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is'.

When you give them your RSVP number they tell you that the special expired on Saturday and that they can no longer offer you the free tickets.  But they can give you a 2 night cruise to the Bahamas!  Yes 2 night cruise.  But you will have to pay for the Taxes and Port fees of $59 per person.  I live in California so I would have to pay for plane tickets too.  I asked to speak to a supervisor but of course the Supervisor is not in a the moment.

I called. They told me I needed to attend a meeting and I would leave with 4 tickets. Something didn't feel right so I didn't go. Was called again and talked to a woman this time and was convinced to attend again. I'm supposed to be there in 10 minutes. I'm not going. It just feels sketchy. Anyone actually attend one of these travel seminars? They say this is how they advertise and get these vacations in bulk. They asked me about my income and marital status. Hmmmm.......curious if it is legit!

Got a letter stating it was from SoCal Theme Park Adventures and that I was selected to receive free tickets, hotel stay and a $100 dining voucher for a trip to my choice of Disneyland, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm or California Adventure.
The letter says it is sponsored by "Ultimate Excursions" and that business name does fit with the address on the letter. --- I looked up Ultimate Excursions website and found that they are a resort marketing and development company.... So they are likely going to try woo me with this travel/theme park package and then attempt to sell me on a timeshare or some other resort package, business investment deal. I may call them just to see what their shtick is.

It's sent from John Tanner, Gift Coordinator;  Mission Viejo, Ca; with phone number: 714-701-8497 (TIXS) and RSVP number listed to claim 4 guest tickets to the theme park of the choice, including 1 night hotel accommodation. This is too good to be true....So it's a scam and I googled it and found this site...

I got a letter from a "Debra Long." For all I know it could be a man with a made up name. It says you won a free cruise. It is a trick to get you to time share.
