I received an email from the above & Attorney Logan Brown, Sr Recovery Attorney, in August of 2020 which stated that Case File # (3 different file #'s was stated in the email) & emails & calls were made to my phone & personal email of which I did not respond (wasn't sure if it was a scam) & the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) was pressing charges against us. The letter thru email stated that they received a Summons of Garnishment on our wages for the amount of $934.27 (which was the same amount in other peoples letters that they received also on this platform). They said that we should send money to clear this $934.27 to a Dawnne Woodie in Butte, MT & then to a John Ho in Fremont, CA.  It stated that if we ignore this email & fail to take care of this debt, then all of our bank accounts will be seized thru major credit bureaus within the next seven business days. If not, then they will have a police officer execute the warrant for our arrest & take us into custody. We could also serve jail time, imprisonment & transfer to a prison. if we don't take immediate action they will download this case into the courthouse, they will inform our employers & if found guilty under the bench by jury then we will have to bear a lawsuit amounting to $1623.13 or contact the creditor for a settlement amount. Or reach out to them to set up a repayment plan. signed by Logan Brown, Senior Recovery Attorney.
Now just recently within days, they have been texting me thru my phone & again have said that we need to take care of this or immediate action will take place.

Who are these people? They should be the ones to go to jail. Please be aware of people like this!!!

Block the number texting you and report it to your carrier and ignore the emails and block and delete.
There is NO warrant, there is NO garnishment and you won't be arrested for a civil debt.
