UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY CC

A company named PM Identity is charging my CC for last few months for $ 22 .

I have no association with this company what-so-ever.
I  replaced my CC with a new card there by changing my CC number.  They are still able to charge the new  card number.

I called the CC provider and  unbelievably , they are not able to help .

How do I get these thieves down ?

    When you block a card number, and replace it with a new one, charges set up as "automatic" often roll over to the new number, sometimes for only a few months, possibly indefinately.  

    That is why these scams generally create the pretense of some "automatic monthly charge", and that is why YOU should dispute the charges through your bank as FRAUDULENT, and file a fraud affidavit.

    File written fraud complaints with your bank, against both the original charges, and the new ones.

    And, yes, your bank can stop it, and reverse the charges, going back about 60 days from when you first reported it.   If they don't, you can file a complaint against your bank with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, at www.occ.gov

    You can also sue them.  SOL is 1 year, but on these small charges frauds, your best bet is forcing your bank to reverse the charges.

    Other complaints, reporting they are piggybacking on Intellius search purchases.
