on 8/12/12 i had bought a new samsung washing machine modle no-WT9001EG/WT9201EC WT9505EG/WT1007AG, it is 7.5 kg. its is not working properly its spinner is not working&its motors r also not working properly when itmoves smell comes frm it. nw i m vry unhappy with this machine .and company is also not exchanging my piece plse tell the company to exchange this piece & give me a new piece
