Bogus threatening letter

I received email saying I owe or have section 9 chapter 19 against me.  The name is David Morgan, Franklin Law Group  I have no idea about this.  Case File No. C-203991. They said, If I don't pay by 48 hrs, They will download the case against me and court order will arrive to my door. Upon coming to your site I noticed that multiple people have been getting this same letter all with the same case file # and sent from different names, but all from Franklin Law Group. Any help would be much appreciated!
