Very poor workmanship

The door spring in a Kitchenaid microwave broke.  Kitchenaide directed us to A&E Factory Service for repair.  Not only are the prices very high, but also the workmanship is very poor. The technician stripped a screw hole for a bracket that holds the microwave front to the door. So now the bracket won't stay on and falls off. We want that door replaced with a new one with an intact door.
