someone using my info for a sprint account

I know for a FACT i am NOT with Sprint but for some reason a person by the name of Ebony Shaleia Jones is using my name for her personal use for a phone i have never purchased...Her # is 704-713-0722...she s a black female age 25-26 i wanna know how i can cut her off????!!!!

If so, notify Sprint's fraud department that the account was fraudulently opened through identity theft.
Follow up with written notice, sent certified return receipt requested.
If a collection agency contacted you about a fraudulent account, also notify them IN WRITING that the account is disputed due to fraud, and was not opened by you. Mail this also, certified return receipt requested.
Keep copies of all communications and recept certificates in your records.
If she used your identity to open a fraudulent Sprint account, then file an id theft complaint with your local police department. Get a copy of the police report for your records.
In addition place a fraud alert on your credit reports. That will get you free copies of each report, which you should check for fraudulent accounts or other errors. Dispute all errors through the CRAs. You may have to provide a copy of the police report to support claims of fraudulent accounts, to get them removed.
If you have further problems, get assistance from your state Attorney General, or local District Attorney.
If you have problems with harassment from collection agencies, get an attorney, as your most direct way to fix problems with fraudulent accounts when collection agencies ignore your police report, is to sue them, for violations of FCRA/FACTA or FDCPA.
