I have been a customer of metro for 9 years i purchased a Huawei dts smartphone in JUne of 2012, needless to said about 2 weeks ago i started to have problems with the phone, now the phone does'nt work at all and this is August. i tried to return the phone or have it fixed but was told at the store that there was nothing they could do for me ecept offer me a phone from the store for 30 dollars or so or they could order me a phone for a little or 10 dollars. what kind of phone do i get for 10 dollars? a refurbished one? how would i know that the replacement wouldn't do the same thing? why do i have to pay anything to replace my phone thats not even 2 months old that was suppose to be new. i am out 80 bucks and have to buy another phone what kinda business is this where you cut off your nose to spite your face
