these two allowing voip calls through vitellity llc

these two companies do not wish to resolve issues regarding vitelity llc which keeps calling me and these two communications companies are the two that are being used to scam persons and make annoyance/harrassing phone calls in the name of business which makes the legitamate business seem like they are the scammers when it probably isn't. calling them to let them know what was happening i got no where with either company. when they could stop the number.
