New roaming facility (Roam 75) not being activated on Airtel no. 9967601980

Hello,
I have been trying to get the new roaming scheme (Roam 75) activated on my mobile number 9967601980. I have been calling the customer care for this. But they have not activated the service, saying that I am some kind of VIP customer and they wil arrange a call back for my request. I have called the customer care a couple of times, and got the same response.
But I am still waiting for a callback from last 2 days. I reuest to start the above mentioned service on my cell number with immediate effect.
