Not working

Hi I bought  anew an air condition from Samsung in saudia Arabia (( jeddah))  about 7 days  ago they came to my house they puted the air conditioner on the wall and it didn't work. Icalled them hundred times they didn't come .they say we will come and they didn't come until today please solve this problem because I know Samsung is awonderful name and respect there customers. .....Thank you ..  my  phonenumber is  00966536375327
