Letter for gift with a number to call

I received a letter with no name or other information from whom it came.  The letter said that I was going to receive an Android Touchpad Tablet from "our gifting department".  It stated that I needed to call 1-888-936-5583, give the code listed at the bottom of the letter and I would also receive a $300 restaurant certificate.  There is no name at the bottom telling who is signing, just a title: "Vice-President, Regional Awards Division."  The envelope only has the following :  1982 State Road 44, Suite 355, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168.
