gutter damage as a result of dish installation

We have been loyal customers of DIrecttv and have never filed a complaint. We have had a dish installed in 4 different states and on 7 different homes. When we we transferred from AZ to MI, we had DirectTV install a dish. There is sever damage to the gutter adjacent to where the dish was installed. Please advise.
