Harrassment via Illegal phone calls to number on the DO NOT CALL list

They have been calling since October 2012 (when I got this phone number). They call every few weeks, sometimes with the same fake "line". I tell them not to call every time, and they sometimes insult me when I tell them to stop calling, sometimes scoffing or denying the existence of the Federal DO NO CALL list, hence every call is a Federal crime. Yet they continue to keep calling. They sometime say they are from The Home Center in Torrance (CA) where I live, but I looked up "The Home Center" on-line and found one source in Ohio, one source in Los Angeles, and on their website (www.thehomecenters.com) they list 3 locations in the state of Washington -- none in Torrance, CA. Either there is one in Torrance that does not appear on the internet, or they are stealing the brand name, but they are clearly scammers, as they act like "boiler room" telemarketers.
