Yes boys and girls this is a scam. Got taken to the tune of $27,000 for fees for the IRS which is holding my winnings. Until they get $3,000 more I don't get the check. The so called commissioner even threatened me with money laundering. Talked to police, the attorney general for my state and the FBI who are investigating the firm. Buyer beware.
