DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM AIRTEL

From the last two months i just want to port out of airtel and go to vodafone or any other service provider but once i send a port message airtel executive calls me and tell they will give a very good plan and they will tell sir please use this plan for ten days or one month within that we will give you the best plan but it is more than three months they have not even called me daily more than two rs daily rental it is getting reduced from my account please do something it is very horrible that is more than 70rs per month as only rental and everything so please help me with this issue all my friends also have airtel connection but they dont have any daily rental everything and airtel customer care does not even respond properly to the problems so please do the needfull

airtel only gives advertisement no1 network good customer support but nothing like that they are the least i think customer care executives does not even respond properly to the problems and some times the customer care number does not event get connected more deductions happening in my number atleast vodafone customer care is very good not atleast like airtel so please solve my problems facing lot of problem in airtel
