We bought the Maytag bravos washer mvwb800vuo and after only two years the motor went out with no assistance from Maytag, so we fixed it for $221. Now, a year later it's making a loud noise on the spin cycle and after a repair call it's the bearings going out. Cost of repair expected to be $566! After several calls to Maytag explaining my disappointment in the product we thought was going to last a long time, which is why we got the industrial one for $950. We are now trying to decide if we should fix this one or just go buy another washer, which just irritates the heck out of me after just 3 years with only 3 people in our family so it's not like we're doing tons of loads. Grrrrrr
