stolen remot control helicopter and irresponsible reply

Moved goods from hospet to mumbai vide gc no 4488930. Full money settled. After reaching mumbai while unloafing found that one remote,controled helicopter imported item missing. Actualy it is not missing which was stolen by the pcking staffs. Some furnitures damaged. So did not give my acknowledgement. I wonder how they entertain bills with out acknowledgement. More calls made to hyderabad office. But no prper reply.

Last year i used another agarwal packers this sister concern. It was very very good.

Hope that this will be more effective to the company as well as to futuring customers.
