I have been charged 19.95 on our credit card. Never ordered anything from this so called company. Wish someone would look into this. I am calling our credit card company and have them remove such payment.

Contact your bank immediately to dispute all unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and close the account to prevent future fraudulent charges. Follow up by sending your dispute IN WRITING to the dispute address on your bank statement, and make sure they get your written dispute in less than 60 days from the statement date showing the fraudulent charge to preserve your FCBA dispute rights.
It is important to cancel the card number they charged, and not just block charges from that company, or you may find additional charges under this or other names, later. Also, be sure to watch you statements for your replacement card closely, since unauthorized charges to your old card can roll over to your new card for a few months even when they don't have your new card number.
Follow the advice above. I am supposed to get a form from the company that has been charging me and tell them how much money I want refunded. They supposedly will reimburse me. I always pay the balance and just never think to even check my bills that well. I learned a lesson here.
Immediately contact your bank to report the fraud and block that card number to prevent additional fraud. Follow up with a written dispute to protect your FCBA rights. You might find that your bank will only reverse charges on statements less than 60 days old.
File fraud complaints with your state Attorney General, their state Attorney General, FTC, and BBB. That may or may not get the rest of your money back, but some AGs are aware of this type of fraud and sometimes just a letter from an AG is enough to cough up your money. Some of these scams may already be bound by settlement agreements with some AGs.
