This person arranged for the sale of a TV with payment by western union only. Then after receiving the payment which was sent to a third party he required another payment claiming the freight will not be delivered  without paying  a tax. In addition this person is requiring that the money be sent to a foreign country. BEWARE!

    it is very clear i also asked that question from taxes, to customs fees, and theyre asking for another shipping fee! all of their faults is liable to the customer

    These people are crooks. I had a deal with them because i was worried about getting burnt. I sent them part of the money and was going to pay the rest when i got the merchandise, they agreed and now the are telling me i have to pay customs fee tax for shipping with-in the united states. They say there are in the united states but they are not.They will screw you. Do not fall for it. I will find out who I can talk to in order to deal with this. Im out some money and they want me to keep send them more.DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. You cant even call them, nobody ever answers the website phone number. My father in law is a investigator for the I.R.S. and he will get some thing done.

    they are not in the united states. i tried to get something from them, i paid and then i get an email that said customs is holding my shipment until i send them $420.00 for a duty tax because fed ex has never delivered to ozark, mo. i call b.s. , i see fed ex trucks here everyday. then customs tell me if i get product from over sees i will pay a tax. i live in the u.s. and they are supposed to be in the u.s... there is no customs duty/fee tax for shipment with in the u.s.... if you have been scammed by these people you con go to  complaint.ic3.gov and file a complaint against these folks and i really hope you do.

    you are correct. they are a scam. same thing happened to me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.. YOU NEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT LIKE I DID...

    people be aware,this is a scam..
    Whoever is writting good comments here is part of the scam..I paid 500$ for an iphone,then they asked for an extra 250 for customs taxes...which I didn't pay.
    They only accept western union payment,which is weird...
    Since I am not from the states,could someone tell me what we could do to try to track these thieves?

    lets help one another i also bought items from them and that is all true . they are also employees of the company who are writing good comments . they cant even provide a tracking information .
    authorities will help us find these scammers and they will be jailed for what they did to us.

    please help me also . they took all of my money and still asking to pay them again , they are not delivering your orders ive lost everything just to pay them out . and i know fbi in florida is already informed about what they did to people

    If you live in america, buy from an american campany.. don't sent money, there web site has no information about there contact or even a phone number, and they run there business on a gmail account. COME ON PEOPLE, if its to good to be true than it is.. so spend little extra and get what you paid for..

    misleading information , this is from there FAQ Page, read line 2, where they say they dont add sales taxes or hidden charges, and it's funny it read's we does not! the typing is wrong.
