Apparently this company has been charging my crdit card since 2003 and i have never received a thing from them. I have changed credit cards and moved three times since 2003!How did they keep getting my new info and charging me? I know I should have noticed the charges by now, but with a monthly bill of 3 or 4 pages of charges, I just assumed it was something my spouse had charged. What a shock to call the number on my bill today and find out there is nothing I can do about it!,

Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank, and block the card number or close the account due to fraud, to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit, sent to your bank's dispute address.
Your bank can reverse charges disputed within 60 days of the statement date showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E for checking account debit cards or EFT, or under FCBA for credit cards.
File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
I did get a supervisor to cancel my membership and they SAID they would credit my account for this years payment. We'll see.....
