I decided to sign up with Dish after I was told that I would be able to get UTNetwork  channel
And have AT&T as my internet provider.  Due to being able to receive the University of Texas Network Channel we decided to go with Dish and pay more than going with Direct TV.
It was installed 10/11/2013 on Sat before 12 pm.  As soon as it was up I searched for the UTNetwork Channel and was not able to find one.  So I call the tech support and they told me that Dish did not have that channel.  So I cancelled.  I spoke with a manager and was told my early cancellation fee would be waved.
On Monday 10/13/2013 before 12 pm I called Dish and was told that my account was not cancelled.  It took speaking to 4 different people and being hung up on 2 times before they would confirm cancelation of  dish and the internet service.  
I am not bond to the verbal agreement with Dish due to the lies and I did not receive what I ordered and the contract did not start until installed and I cancelled within the first 24 hrs of receiving a  product that I did not agree on.
I will not be paying any fees monthly nor early cancellation.   I will be sending this letter to the State of Texas , the BBB, and to be filed with my credit information.
Peoples rights are being take from them by these types of Companies.  We the people have to stand up for our rights.
