overbooking

We arrived at 11 PM to Charles Degaulle airport and we have reservations confirmed for a car in Europcar, as they overbooked the sellings and have no more cars they just close the airport office and leave the place. The others companies have no cars and we have no room in the hotels close the airport. We are planning to travel 90 km from there. So we have to pass the night at the airport, it remembers me the film "the terminal", but with all my family. I knewed that they have dozens of complaints, I dont undertand how the tourims authorities don't shut the company.
