unauthorized monthly membership fees

Every month a fee of $29.95 is deducted from my checking account under the heading of RPT My Score, allegedly a credit score report.  I DID NOT authorize this deduction, nor can I afford this!   I have been homeless for nearly a year, and need EVERY CENT to put toward a place to live, should I be fortunate enough to finally find one!  PLEASE CEASE AND DESIST FROM TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!
