As soon as I heard the caller tell me she would not be closing any of my cards, I knew this was not a typical consumer debt company. Then when she asked for the expiration date and code off my largest card, which I didn't do, I knew something was wrong. I then asked for the company phone number and address. The caller said she was "not authorized to do that", and just gave me the city "Atlanta, Georgia". 3 RED FLAGS, folks!!! Do not fall for this crap!
