Harassing phone calls on cell phone, just started at work

I had done some research about a month ago on payday loans. One looked ligit so I submitted my information and tried for a loan, it only took me to another website which asked for my information, I filled it in there and it took me to yet another website to fill in information. After that I said nope this isnt going to work and then the phone calls started. Everyone of them were foreign and saying I was approved I just declined and asked to be taken off their calling list. About two weeks ago I get a phone call from a guy with a very thick accent telling me I am being sued for an application fee to Cash Advance America of $95. He said he had to put me on the phone with his supervisor. After his supersior comes he said the same thing. If I did not put my up most attention to this matter that he wished me good luck and the situation falls on me....??? Now today they call my cellphone and then hang up and call my work phone. They did not have my work number, so I am very concerned after reading some of these posts. I believe it is a scam, who the hell is going to sue someone over $95?? It would cost them more in attorney and court fees than what it is worth. Also they first were calling me from California (323) 513-0685 now they are calling from Miami FL (305)414-7618. when I have tried to research their phone number or even the Company name I am coming up with nothing. Something is just not right!

They use fake "payday loan application" websites to lure people in to "apply" for a loan, giving their information.
Then later they play their fraud and extortion games, using the information they collected.
They use cheap VoIP phone services, so their numbers keep changing, and appear to be frorm various area codes. If they have thick accents, they are probably from India or Pakistan.
They are looking for suckers who might have gotten some loan somewhere, and who might be convinced these crooks are collecting on it.
There is no "loan".
They can't "sue" you, "arrest" you, or "prosecute" you.
All they can do is call and threaten.
They are just crooks running a con.
They are scam artist that are trying to get you to give them a payment in any form so that they can collect and go away.
they called my workan cell threating me.
they said i need pay right now 695.or go too court next week.
they even had last digits of SSN.
I dontknow werether getting it from.i think from a creditcard i just applyied or cash checking along time ago.
anybody know whats this about?
