Giving them money for NO SERVICE.

I agree with the above comments.  They are worthless.  They are rude on the phone, can never get a real deal through them.  Not what I expected from them.  I would like to sell this, but won't do that to someone else.  At a loss.  I shouldn't be charged the annual fee, because I haven't been able to use them.  I will keep a check on that.  I am glad I found this site.  CROOKS & THIEVES.
