Keratin hair straightening bondi located in Sydney has brutally burned my hair and left my scalp bleeding and its been seeping for weeks.
My below shoulder length man hair is absolutely been burnt!
the person doing the treatment on my hair smelt of tobacco and was pulling my hair with the hair irons, i literally heard every strand snap, i asked for the stylist to be more gentle but she carried on talking to the other clients without any regard for my wellbeing.
after the ironing was done they rinsed my hair, the brasil cacau treatment they used on my hair turned my hair orange and balls of hair was falling out, i cried and the manager came by and told me "grow up, hair grows" the nerve of this embecile. I refused to pay them and was almost physically harassed by the staff to submit my credit card, i have never experienced such disgusting service, keratin hair straightening bondi are malicious and all about money over results.
I have been in contact with consumer affairs and media outlets due to there negligience.
As a result, my hair is very thin, brittle, bald in some parts and very unhealthy. I have TONS of little fly aways, and frizzies, and hairs that are WAY to short to be part of my awesome mane. Especially in the front. There are hairs there that are thin, broken, and short all over the place.
