dear sir
i m using mobily sim since year 2005.now i am very upset due to non response of mobily customer representatives,after trying lots of time i am bound to write you.from yesterday two or three times deduct amount from my balance with out calling or sending of any sms, i want to know why the amount is deduct & kindly stop is as early as possible.
