I just like other posters contacted AHS about my washer and the fact it was not draining., needless to say that AHS replaced the motor and the washer still did not work. Then they replaced the control panel and the washer still did not work with company number one. So I call AHS and tell them company one did not know what they were doing and I do not want them back out here. So they send in another company, who says the motor id defective and company one broke the control panel and it needs to be replaced again. (BTW) company one claims the washer wasn't working because the latch was broken HA!) So, AHS orders a new motor and makes company one buy a new control panel. Well, company two shows up again with all the replacement parts and I show him to the laundry room and return upstairs to continue helping my friend learn the computer (which he didn't know was in the house with me) all of a sudden we heard this loud banging. I go downstairs and I see my washer completely torn apart, with all the parts thrown all over my laundry room and that "so called repair technician" with a hammer and chisel banging on the inside of the washer drum. When I ask him what is he doing? He tells me that my drum is cracked and rusted and I need a new drum. I tell him of course it cracked you are banging on it. Then he says he needs to tell AHS to get a new drum. All the while this is going on, the man is swearing and I ask him not to swear in my house. he get ready to leave and I tell him he'd better put the unit back together.

The next morning I get a call from AHS saying he told them I overloaded the washer and now the warranty is invalid. I told them that was BS, not true, then I tell them with them replacing two sets of motors, control panels and latches that they could have bought me a new washer. They tell me they are sending out another company to check and see if what the second technician found is valid. I told them NO, I've had it and now I am filing a complaint with the FTC, US Attorney General office Consumer affairs and BBB.

I asked them for the CEO name and they told me they didn't have that information???? I located it on the web and called. I got through and they told me they would call their purchasing group and get it handled....... Still waiting. Also said they would get washer?? That I would hear from purchasing or I could call purchasing myself, and gave me the same number I had been calling all along.... BTW the new CEO name is Tim Haines..
