During installation the technician installed the voltage booster on the electrical inlet plug -in on wall that short circuited that was shocking the technician when would touch the 1HDDUR box . During the trouble shooting the technician than disconnected ground wire he had installed to the antenna on roof and removed and installed a new 1HDDUR box. This resolved the electrical shocking and the new 1HDDUR worked although; the flat screen tv (Samsung) would not turn back on. The electrical short circuit damged the flat screen tv.
