Called from an unknown number and offered lower interest rate on Credit Card. Gave me bogus 800 numbers to call. Gave bogus names like Shawn and Kevin and they were clearly foreign born. The call back number they gave me was 1-877-443-1672 and all I got was a recording.

You are lucky that all you got was a recording.

They usually try to con you into disclosing your credit card or bank number, and if you decide not to use their "services", they may threaten you and claim you "agreed to a verbal contract".

Don't ever fall for this scam. First off- reputable telemarketing companies will know your name or at least your last name.
Ask what financial institution partnership they belong to and all they can say is "account services."
It's an absolute disgrace that the states and govt know about this scam but choose to do nothing about it. I guess they'd rather let Obama financially destroy our country along with these scam artists.

Stop it, you can't blame the country's financial woes on one person. You probably have no clue and are just spewing. There is no indication that they are not trying to do something about this. so STFU

Actually JBTH, I have contacted the Interstate Trade Commission, the California State Board of Fair Business Practices, and the FCC, only to be told that currently they do not have an open cause on these people and that I need to be aware of the Scam and avoid it. Asking how to avoid the scam when they call me from multiple numbers at all hours of the day and night I was told to change my phone number. Really!? I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the FCC for harassment and infringement on my privacy rights. I would recommend everyone else do the same because if seems that unless the people take things into their own hands and demand something be done then they are fine with letting continue happening.

It is a scam.  I almost lost $895 to them.  Lesson learned.  They called my husband about our accounts saying they could lower our interest rates for the life of the cards.  We even got a cute little folder packet from them.  We had to call both of our credit card companies and get new card numbers.  The company's name is Consumer Credit Group, LLC.  Do not give them your info. and if you get a phone call from them, curse them out for me.  Good luck to all you in this world full of greed.  Do not trust anyone!  I plan to file a formal complaint also.

My husband and I fell for this ,,,called my credit card company after we disclosed the information...$795.00 but that we would get this back,,I too got this site for mysuccesstrack.com looked it up and it was coupons and services etc,,, and they had given me a user name and my zip code for the password,,,They also gave me a credit card services well program number of 877-506-2948 and when I told them I was a member of Lifelock they said I didn't need that anymore as this service provided the same,,so when I looked it up and tried to contact the number they advised they only do business 10 - 6 Mon - Fri,,,My credit card company said they left a number with them and the charge was pending  855-214-5781 and that I could contact them back on Monday and dispute the charge and they would take care of it and not pay it...Another guy called me yesterday and said I would get a packet in the mail,,,they also send they would send the info to my email address and I could fill it out online but to date nothing has been sent,,I will be calling the Attorney General of my state on Monday to report them...They indicated they would get us a lower interest rate and we would be able to pay off our card 3-5 times faster...I contacted Lifelock and also my credit card company and would advise anyone else to do the same...They are very convincing and make you think you might or might not be eligible due to your credit..Beware!

I also tried contact this mysuccesstrack.com and sent an email asking for info and affiliation..It's the weekend so I will have to wait now until Monday

i was lucky enough to have protection on my cards and was called before these sleaze bags could scam me, however, they had the nerve to call me the next day to see if i had received my new cards, then proceeded to try to get me to activate them .saying they were with the credit card company, after hanging up on them i called my credit card companies and was told that no one had called me, but you are right they are very convincing, may they rot in hell.

I got scammed also, and am out $495.00.  The "salesman" said he was with M/C/Visa, which of course, they aren't, but they sure had a lot of information on me and my accounts so at first I thought they were legit.  Boy was I wrong! How they got the information I still don't know.   Still trying to get my money back!

Has anyone received any money back.? I'm trying. I get the so called billing company and they say they are working with a ban to issue refunds. The people that i keep calling is Michelle and BJ. Does anyone know if they are scammers? This is beyond frustrating. A horrible lesson in life.

Has anyone taken them to small claims court?

    Thank you for your help!

I am trying to do the same thing, they said they would save me 1500 dollars within the first year or I could get a refund.  The "billing" department said no thats over the life of the credit card.  I was like of course I can save myself 1500 over the life of the credit card i would like a refund and he kept saying no.  So I said please bring up the recording in which i stated I would not like to do the service unless i save 1500 dollors within the first 12 months of your service.  So we will see I am trying to get this company SHUT DOWN

I also was scammed by them. I paid $995 and was told that I would save at least that amount within the first year or I would receive a full refund even if ii saved $985, I would receive a full refund because they stand by their promise of saving at least the amount paid.

Definete scam. I am out $895. I was told on 1/27/12 that I would be getting a refund to my card because they are unable to provide services promises. I am still fighting for my refund. I too am speaking with BJ and continue to get promises that it is "being processed". Don't fall for it.....
