Deactivation isnt being done

I have got an service on airtel name "IMAGE STRIPPER MISS UNIVERSE", I have to stop it, I have tried all the way like sending STOP to 121, calling customer and also in airtel live but nothing worked, does anyone have solution for it? Thanks
