I cancelled right after "joining" a year ago as they did not wait a month to charge for the 2nd shipment. Now I am charged $79.00 again this month and no product has been shipped.  I called the company to cancel the pending charge in my account and was given a confirmation number. The funds drafted from my account anyway.  I was never refunded the $38. that they charged me a year ago and chalked that up to a learning experience. I will go after this money !!

    Same here.. My credit card company noticed that I was billed $79 from them and I cancelled my order 2 years ago. Seattle Direct Coffee is a FRAUD they are using existing credit cards they have on file to bill products not received and better yet never ordered by the consumer. They want to pull a faxt one by slipping in a a payment without the customer knowing. If I were you I would cancel my current card and request a new one to avoid future billings from this company and NEVER DO business with them again.

    I woke up this morning saw a charge from Seattle Coffee Direct on my online Bank Statement, I have not been a member since 6/18/08. I agree that they are just charging randomly to see if they can get away with it. I tried to call the company but was instructed to leave a message. I doubt they will return my call. I immediately filed a dispute with the bank. This company is a scam had nothing but problems with them when I was a Member.

    Just found a credit card charge to my bank in the amount of $79.00.
    I have never ordered coffee online or have I received any coffee from them.
    Keep calling and no response. Disbuted it with bank and they are investagsting the charge.
    Does anyone know how to get a refund from them and find out how they get your account info.!?
    I'm currently 5 hour time zone difference for the East Coast. I've been calling since 6:00am my time with no results.

    I found the same thing as the rest of you, a charge on my card for $79, and when I called first I got a recording saying all circuits busy, then when I did gt through the phone simply hung up on me. I haven't been a member for at least 2 years, so imagine my surprise when I saw the charge on my card. If this does not get resolved I will turn them into the Better Business Bureau and if i have to I will call the local news to get this out about this company. I looked on line and we are not the only people experiencing problems with this company!

    Wow! I cancelled this almost two years ago the first time was no problem as far as I know I was refunded. But to do this after everything was cancelled I cant believe this now the charge is $79! This business should be shut down.

    They will promise a refund but will not follow through.  They will blame a computer or server error - if you are lucky enough to get through to them. The parent company is Peel, Inc.  I'm just disgusted that they are ripping so many people off (including me!)... I actually contacted my local FBI office and they told me that unauthorized charges to your credit card IS CREDIT CARD FRAUD and is handled by the United States Secret Service Agency! I've already left a message with them and I will be filing a complaint and making them aware of Peel, Inc.  Please do the same...  Together we can expose this company!
