I used Archives once a long time - two or more years - ago and have been billed $19.95 a month to my Mastercard ever since. I'm outraged by this deceit / scam, and ask that you delete me permanently from your billing and all other lists. - John C. Higley Mastercard ending in 4156 I will otherwise take what legal action I can initiate.

    It's a cramming scam..
    That's what cramming scams do.

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
