While unemployed I job-hunted 5 - 10 hours per day and now have new job, but being short on money, I made error or looking into online payday loans and filling out forms but never reached agreement and PayDayMax ltd turned me down I never agreed to loan and never gave electronic signatuire . After hearing that they are crooks, I refuse to respond to phone calls and spam-filtrate all emails and yet the-y keep calling, texting, voicemail up to 20 times a day, multiple emails, call my new job and unknownto me put money into my account which I did not discover/realize situation until too late (it 03/04/12 and needing to pay march rent...) well spent money. Of course since PDLNOW.com is k
nown as scam and Chase could send the $200 back to them and then block them and/or -change my account and/or close account and reopen new account and then work with me to pay the money back to PayDayMax ltd But Chase Bank REFUSE to work with me, REFUSE to let me close my account and treat me like lying, bratty, cheating, fake person. I called 311 and they also REFUSE to help.

Phone numbers involved in this mess include: 1-877-259-3090, 1-866-804-3624, 213-333-3205, 1-877-259-3090, 851-724-6979, 1-646-834-628, 609-779-9702, 609-779-9702, 201-157-4123, 731-420-8884, 493-938-2508,  1-888-883-5900, 508-475-1336, 888-946-1612,

I am very sorry, ashamed to harve been so foolish and to be in all this trouble. I do not have right to be unfair or cheat others and as already described want to do logical honorable thing, pay back all the lent  money and have tried to get chase bank and 311 to help but both refuse. Today I managed to fix up my phone so now I can finally block these calls but now fear that they will be calling me stalking me on my job make me lose my job or get me in big trouble with chase bank or  police since chase bank and 311 already treat me like arrogant, bratty, thieving scum and REFUSE to help me. I am confused and scared and do NOT know what to  do.

This "unauthorized loan deposit" scam has become an increasingly common form of fake "payday loan" scam/shakedown racket, usually run by scammers hiding out of the country or behind tribal jurisdiction.

Their scam is to use information from some application website that does not disclose terms to deposit a small amount of money in your checking account to fabricate the appearance that you "agreed" to some "payday loan" that they claim is at astronomical rates (I've seen 300% to 500%APR plus "fees" that might make it equivalent to up to 900%).

They then try to yank back the money as fast as they can before you notice, but claim it's an "interest only loan", after which they keep taking money at the high rate until they rake in thousands of dollars out of your account, you shut down the account to stop it, or your bank shuts it down due to overdrafts.

They are basically trying to give themselves a blank check to take as much of your money as they want, which is all of it forever.  They use extensive threats and harassment to keep the scam going as long as possible and take as much money as they can.

Contact your state Attorney General for assistance.

They are most likely not even licensed to lend in most states, in which case their "loan agreement" (on top of failing to even be a binding "contract" due to failure to disclose terms of any offer up front, and failing to obtain your agreement on those terms) is probably entirely illegal and unenforceable under state law.

They would only be entitled to return of their original unauthorized deposit, and might also be subject to penalties should your state AG decide to go after them for illegal operation in your state.

Neither you, nor your bank, want to be in the middle of this, as neither of you know the source of the money used in this scheme, or who might come along later and claim it.  Contact the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to see what Chase's obligations are with respect to reversing this unauthorized deposit.

Your safest solution may be to forward this unauthorized deposit to your state AG as tainted money used as part of a fraudulent scheme, and let them get it back from the state if they can.

    In addition, contact FTC.
They recently sued a deceptive payday lender hiding behind tribal jurisdiction in South Dakota.

One of the numbers listed above is actually belonging to 247GreenStreet (888-946-1612). Yes they are a Pay Day Loan, but you have to sign a form online to use them and they take the money, THE ENTIRE AMOUNT out od your account the next pay day. Unlike almost all other s that take just the "Interest" they take it  all and make you reapply. Additionally, it should be known that internet lenders are required to pull at least 10% of outstanding balance after you have carried the mfor four payu periods, so if you borrow $200 then on the fifth payday they are required to take the interest and $20 to start winding down the loan. Each payday after that will be less interest until it is paid off. Unless you reapply or refinance then you loan should never extend more that 14 paydays. I am a heavy user of PayDay Loans, so i make sure that i follow the rules and that they follow the rules too.

You was just lucky, because I used the same company &  borrowed $200 & the interest is supposed to be an additional $79. I saw 4 payments of $79 taken out of my account so I then called to find out when/how much was my last payment & they assured me the 4 payments of $79 don't even count towards my loan. They said that was the interest rate & I MUST tell them when to pull the full amount.  I was baffled by the news I just heard, thinking I was on a payment plan. So technically I paid over $600 for a $200 loan... I can honestly say, I've learned my lesson. (Mind you, I took the loan out to pay for books towards school)

Thanks for the heads up.1-646-834-628 was the number they used.  I couldn't even understand the person speaking to me, so he got p.o-ed and hung up on me.  I was just checking on the number in case it was a job offer.

Been there. Got into a jam & made the mistake of applying.  I told all those when I already figured out a way to keep myself afloat no thank you & take my name off your list but these this "company" went ahead & deposited into my account w/o a phone as promised. Tried to call them and only got some lame recording, then hung up on.  Then they only took out the 79.00 "interest" fee after adding the day before an additional 79.00 in interest fees so I arranged to pay off the loan two days ahead of the next pay day.  Now they can't take anymore out.  Learned my lesson. WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN nor recommend them to anybody else.

yes, i agree this company is a complete scam. do not take out a loan and tyry to pay back in payments, they need it all back in one lump sum. they have been taking 55.00 a week out for 6 weeks now and i thought some would go to principle after 4 weeks at the most even 6 weeks but they are going to take 55.00 a week forever until i actually call them and say to take 255.00 to get them paid off. they could at least tell you this going in like other loans do and even after 4 to 6 payments they take an additional amount to start you paying off the principle. eventually you would have paid your loan off this company will just let it ride until you realize that they are not doing anything except collecting the interest forever and ever. WTF

This company duped me too.  I changed my whole bank account becaus they were cheating me and never informed me that I had to call to pay in full.  I asked why they didn't tell me in the first place,  They stated it's not up to them to tell me,  I had to read the contract which they never sent until I contacted them.  This company Fast Efunds is a scam and you can't find them to report them to the BBB.

I took a payday loan from pdlnow.com out on 4/25/12 and they deposited $200 into my account. When I looked at my bank account it shows that I have made 5 payments of $79 on a balance of $200 plus interest. I just logged into the website and it shows that I borrowed $200 and the interest charge was $158. So in total I should have paid back $358. So far they have drafted out of my account $395. I just submitted a Help Centre ticket like it says to do on their website to get the situation resolved. If they do not respond then I will be contacting my bank with the print out showing what the interest charge is as well as the original amount borrowed and see what they can do. If they do not do anything I will be contacting the Attorney General's office regarding this situation. These companies need to be shut down.

I just got off the phone with a person who works for this company. I to borrowed $200 dollars thinking I was only paying back $79 in interest. They have taken out four payments already. I called to ask them why they have taken out more than agreed upon and they said they have not. The $79 dollars is not interest it is only a fee until I pay the entire loan of $279 off in full. They said I did not read the contact right just like everyone else who they deal with. They are a bunch of scammers who play off people who are in need. I advise anyone interested in doing business with this company to NOT use them. They will bleed your account dry.

This place calls my job periodicly trying to strong arm me, I just ask them to send me documents to prove i've have a loan with them. The person gets mad and hangs up on me.

I know they are trying to scam me because I know not to use a Pay Day loan place because it's illegal in my state.

So I would say to most!, if you know you haven't used this service just let them call because normally it's a number you can't trace back to a legit company. I have at least eight numbers I have listed on my board at work that my co-workers know if it shows up they are scammers

First, I did not call them. Second, I do not have a loan with them or pretend to have one.
They have been emailing me applications and other offers to get me to sign to a loan... WTH? How do I get them to stop? I do not want a loan from a scam company thanks!
