Amount deduction from my prepaid mobile balance

I have been daily receiving messages from airtel that 'Your airtel games mania subscription has been renewed from airtel subscription' and after that my balance gets deducted. My balance is being decreasing by rs.5 everyday for the past ten days. Customer care services are unable to provide any help. Please help me unsubscribe games mania subscription as soon as possible. Really not happy with Airtel.

    my tatadocomo cdma prepaid number 9228629062 .and my balance is in nagative for using of internet but i did not know abou balance goes in minus .
