Asking the wherabouts of a missing person

Complaint

This company calls me frequently regarding if I know the wherabouts of my mother. I spoke with someone a few weeks ago to report that yes, I absolutely do kniw wher my mother is.
I see her everyday...on my fireplace mantle. She is not on the run trying to escape debtors.
She is in the form of ashes in an urn on the mantle.

When I called BRG today, I told the girl, Olivia, based out of Western NY, that I was assured the phone calls would stop and reiterated that my MOTHER IS DEAD. Has been since 2009, as far as I know. Ha.
I have no choice but to file an offical claim against this company's harrassing, not to mention the emotional component of these personally obtrusive phone calls.
I hope this will help someone else as well.

    They have lots of complaints..
The complaints consistently report attempts to collect on fake and bogus "debt".
It's not clear from complaints why they choose particular victims, as most victims report they never took out the alleged "loan".
File complaints reporting debt collection harassment or fraud attempts with FTC, your state AG, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the New York Attorney General.
